Campaign on the Human Rights of Roma

To mark this year’s World Day of Romani Language, which takes place on 5 November, youth from Shuto Orizari promoted the preservation of Romani language and culture by realizing a 10-day social media awareness-raising campaign, focused on the improvement of the well-being of Romani people as well as the recognition of the importance of the language.

The campaign for human rights, combating and addressing anti-gypsyism, racism and racial discrimination, was part of the project „Providing support to youth in local communities“, implemented by the International Organization for Migration in cooperation with the Roma Lawyers Association, and funded by the UK Government.
